- Extension of Business Visa (Non-B Visa)
- Applications must be submitted at least 45 days before the current visa expires (renewed annually).

- Visa holders must report to the local Immigration Office every 90 days.
- Reports can be filed 14 days before the due date or within 7 days after the due date.
- Fines for Late Reporting
- Late reports must be made in person with a fine of 2,000 THB.
- If arrested, the fine increases to 4,000 THB.

- Reporting after Returning from Abroad
- Upon re-entering Thailand, the 90-day period will restart from the date of entry.
- Re-Entry Permit Application
- If planning to leave and re-enter Thailand, a Re-Entry Permit must be obtained before departure.
- Applications can be submitted at the local Immigration Office or at the airport before departure to maintain visa validity.
