• Guidelines for Holders of
  Thailand Business Visa / Non-Immigrant B Visa / Non-B Visa
  • Extension of Business Visa (Non-B Visa)
    • Applications must be submitted at least 45 days before the current visa expires (renewed annually).
    • A valid Work Permit is required.
    • Taxes must be filed in compliance with Thai law.
  • 90-Day Reporting
    • Visa holders must report to the local Immigration Office every 90 days.
    • Reports can be filed 14 days before the due date or within 7 days after the due date.
  • Fines for Late Reporting
    • Late reports must be made in person with a fine of 2,000 THB.
    • If arrested, the fine increases to 4,000 THB.
  • Online Reporting
    • Reports can be submitted online at: [TM47 Online](https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login)
  • Reporting after Returning from Abroad
    • Upon re-entering Thailand, the 90-day period will restart from the date of entry.
  • Re-Entry Permit Application
    • If planning to leave and re-enter Thailand, a Re-Entry Permit must be obtained before departure.
    • Applications can be submitted at the local Immigration Office or at the airport before departure to maintain visa validity.
